Returns & Refunds
At SofiChic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Final sale items (marked as such) cannot be returned
- Underwear, swimwear, and pierced jewelry are non-returnable for hygiene reasons
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Return Process
- Contact our customer service within 14 days of delivery to initiate your return
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging
- Include the completed return form (sent with your order)
- Ship the package to our return address (provided by customer service)
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Timeline
- Processing begins once we receive your return
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
- International orders may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will cover return shipping costs and expedite your replacement or refund.
