6. Refund & Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service for a Return Authorization
2. Ship items back in original packaging
3. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt

Final sale items and undergarments cannot be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in California, and the decision shall be final and binding.
